Rosa is our Auxiliary Nurse. She started working with CESAPU in 2024 as a part of her rotation as a nurse technician. After 5 months of hard work, she was invited to join our staff in a more permanent position. Rosa is also active in the local “Club de Leones” or Rotary club, of Trujillo, Peru, where she spends her extra time volunteering.
“My name is Rosa Isabel Arce Piña, 28 years old, born in Lucma, Cascas (the highlands) on April 18, 1996.
I currently work on the Cesapu staff as a nursing assistant, which I do with great love and the help I provide to others. Part of my motivation is my 9-year-old son, who inspires me to pursue my calling.”
