Hands on Peru works to improve global public health by engaging students & professionals from around the world in hands-on projects in our community public health center “CESAPU”. We offer exceptional experiences for young leaders who seek a platform for social impact, giving them the opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of global poverty. This internship is designed for passionate, dedicated individuals who are dedicated to global health and development, to help research, design, implement, evaluate, and assist one of our community programs. Internship opportunities are available year-round and dates are flexible to the schedule of the intern. There is no age requirement or limit.
Interns will be encouraged to choose 1-3 of the CESAPU programs, in which they will dedicate their time and effort. They will be expected to take a leadership position, and if necessary, help fundraise money if they want to implement a large-scale program.
